Students all have ups and downs as they try to reach the top. Our goal as educators is to provide multiple pathways to personalize learning. Therefore, how do you plan with learner variability in mind? Join us to learn how to implement tools in your class to create a plan for all students to climb the ladder to success. We will model this process use of tech tools appropriate for Universal Design.

i. Identifying tool(s) that every student in class can use

ii. How to teach tool(s) to entire class and when to use

iii. Planning for ALL students Learners will be informed of objectives & goals both orally and in writing, and will be stated throughout the presentation
