What is the best career lesson you have learned so far?

​​​​​​​1. Success is incremental and impossible to achieve overnight.

2. Being driven and successful doesn't mean you should neglect your health (physical or mental).

How do you balance your career and your personal life?

TIME MANAGEMENT! It's still a work in progress, but I wouldn't have been able to finish my bachelors and masters degree while working at KUCRL if I didn't learn how to manage my time efficiently. Scheduling breaks and time for self-care, friends and family is extremely important to me!

What do you like to do when you aren't working?

Play with my dog Gorgo, go to Costco with my fiance, play softball, read (I've read 36 books this year), and travel.
